About The Show

Food Resilience Network is a podcast about food, health and living life with more intention. It started up in 2023 as a result of repeated conversations with the people we meet whilst delivering outdoor skills training.

This show is a little bit different to the usual content and joins our other popular podcasts about outdoor skills, news and discussions.

What We Discuss

In each episode we discuss the journey towards finding better, healthier and more reliable food sources – through farming, gardening, and learning more about where food comes from whilst closing the gap between source and plate.

We will have regular guest hosts, interview episodes, and updates about what we have been up to recently in our ongoing effort to become closer to the source of our food.

You can find the Food Resilience Network podcast on all major podcast players, as well as YouTube and on each episode page.
