Food Resilience Network is a podcast about food, health and living life with more intention. It started up in 2023 as a result of repeated conversations with the people we meet whilst delivering outdoor skills training.

Food Resilience Network is a little bit different to our other podcasts, in each episode we discuss the journey towards finding better, healthier and more reliable food sources – through farming, gardening, and learning more about where food comes from whilst closing the gap between source and plate.

The show is hosted by Richard Prideaux and Amy Green , and joins our other popular podcasts.
