Richard and Adam talk about not having a proper job and how they got there, what it is like meeting so many people from hugely varying backgrounds. Then discuss in depth how to treat hypothermic casualties, including the very important things to NOT do in order to preserve life. Finally they debunk some of the common misconceptions related to first aid and medicine.
